Lemurians were once giants with tremendous powers of clairvoyance (their spiritual eye of the chakra Ajna) who left us the statues of Easter Island.

As for these beings still existing in the internal worlds, you can investigate these matters through the Akashic Records of Nature.

Thanks! But those Easter Island statues have sockets for two eyes (or so it appears) so they weren't physically one eyed at all? The one eye was always just a reference to the awakened Ajna Chakra?

Obviously to create those statues they needed to have some vision of the physical realm.

Speaking in general here; wouldn't anyone who has an awakened Ajna chakra be a cyclops? And wouldnt there be two types of cyclops, the one who has it opened negative and the other positive?

No. But the symbol of the Cyclops' eye relates to the awakened spiritual perception of that ancient root race.

It's also important to remember that the Cyclops is symbolic of many things, including very fat clairvoyant egos we carry in our subconsciousness, unconsciousness, and infraconsciousness. Let us remember The Odyssey, when Odysseus outsmarts Polyphemus, the cyclopean devourer of men, by blinding his one eye with a sharpened, heated wooden stake (since in meditation we must blind each one of these monstrous egos through creative comprehension).

When Polyphemus first asks Odysseus for his name, Odysseus says, "Nobody." Once blinded, Polyphemus calls upon his fellow cyclops, "Nobody has blinded me!" Therefore none come to his help. The fact that the cyclops believes Odysseus refers to the mechanicity of the ego, that it is dumb and can be overcome through the comprehension of the awakened consciousness. While the ego has subjective clairvoyance, it is subconscious and mechanical, unable to withstand the superlative conscious analysis of Dianoia, which is firmly established in The Odyssey's protagonist.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"

Its an interesting story but how do you associate the sharpened, heated wooden stake with comprehension and meditation?

Could you also elaborate a little bit more on the fat clairvoyant egos, like what do they see and if they are clairvoyant then doesn't that give them more depth and complexity?

You said that the ego is dumb but since the ego has trapped consciousness within it how does that factor into the equation?

Concentration, perception, and cognizance must be sharpened like the wooden stake (a symbol of willpower, the spear, Geburah) in order to mete justice to our fornicating egos.

When you are angry at someone, with great intensity and hatred seemingly beyond your control, what do YOU see? That is your cyclops at work.

The ego is dumb compared to the awakened consciousness. Humanity believes the mind to be intelligent, but ignores the marvelous dialectic of consciousness.
Awakened Consciousness allows us to experience reality directly.

Unfortunately, the intellectual animal—mistakenly called a human being—fascinated by the formulating power of dialectical logic, has forgotten about the dialectic of the Consciousness.

Unquestionably, the power to formulate logical concepts certainly becomes terribly poor.

From thesis we go on to antithesis, and through discussion to synthesis, but the latter remains in itself an intellectual concept which can never coincide with reality.

The dialectic of Consciousness is more direct, permitting us to experience the reality of any phenomenon in and of itself.

Natural phenomena never coincide exactly with concepts formulated by the mind.

Life unfolds from instant to instant, and when we capture it for analysis, we kill it.

When we try to infer concepts on observing this or that natural phenomenon, we in fact stop perceiving the reality of the phenomenon. We only see in that phenomenon the reflection of theories and stale concepts which have nothing at all to do with observed fact.

Intellectual delusion is fascinating and we want to force all natural phenomena to coincide with our dialectical logic.

The dialectic of Consciousness is based on true life experiences and not on mere subjective rationalism. -Samael Aun Weor, The Great Rebellion

So basically we can't comprehend anything without awakened consciousness?

Is the proper meditation state a form of awakened consciousness then?

How about negative awakened consciousness in the context of the ego being dumb?

Meditation is a state of awakened consciousness in which we receive new information.

Cyclopean egos are demonic entities in our mind that are awakened to their own evil. They have perception, but trapped in conditioning, desire, hatred, pride, etc. They see, but only in the abyss.

While these egos are certainly very big and strong, like Goliath, with perfect concentration, meditation, and comprehension, we (the Essence) can kill Goliath (the ego) with the stone of Yesod (like David).

I'm having some difficulty in understanding how these ego's are awakened with our trapped consciousness but we are not aware of it or what they are doing, it gives me the impression that they are non local while we are in the vigil state and that they operate somewhat independently within a different realm.

When you are angry at someone, with great intensity and hatred seemingly beyond your control, what do YOU see? That is your cyclops at work.

I kind of understand how when for instance lustful ego's are very active it can distort and exaggerate our perception of forms, making them appear in a certain desirable way, is that some sort of clairvoyance?

With anger I know that my perception of a situation or person is twisted in a similar way, but its very easy to justify the perception if there are some facts involved. How does the clairvoyant element fit into any of this? It seems quite complicated.

Let us be clear that perception is clairvoyance. Clairvoyance is a fancy term for perception that certain French initiates created in order to confuse humanity.

There are really two forms of clairvoyance (perception): conditioned (egotistical perception/awareness) or unconditioned (liberated, free consciousness).

Anger is conditioned perception of a subjective type. The fact that we can be aware we are angry, know it is wrong to act on such anger, but do so anyways, is an example of the ego can be awakened to a degree and how we, as a free consciousness or Essence, are weak.

The fact that we get angry and know it, doing what our anger desires, is an example of the cyclopean defect of wrath at work. Anger perceives and wants to harm the object or person of such anger, but is blind to anything else outside its desire. This is why the cyclops is stupid when compared to the liberated, unconditioned, and non-mechanical consciousness of a liberated person, since the free consciousness perceives without filters.

The ego knows what it is doing, since it is perception, but conditioned. Therefore, intense anger is awakened subjectively, to a degree. There is a level of awareness present, but it is filtered through desire. That is the cyclops. When we begin to observe ourselves as free consciousness and separate from these negative elements, we begin to understand that much of our perception is trapped in desire, conditioning, whereby our mind pushes us towards mechanical impulses. However, despite recognizing this fact to a degree, we tend to go along with our desires because they are very strong and our capacity to separate from the mind is very weak. This is why we need to be clever as a free consciousness towards our mind, which is precisely the Essence that Odysseus represents.

Comprehension and observation of a defect occurs in levels. You may know anger is wrong to a degree, but you act on it anyways. For comprehension to be total, you must renounce such anger and not do what it wants, comprehending its facets in meditation. But in order to reach this point, you must not act on the conditioned, awakened desire of anger that only wants to harm. If you identify (feel yourself to be the identity of that given aggregate in an instance of wrath), then you fortify and feed that perception. But if you learn not to give the ego what it wants, it weakens, leading you towards the path of mystical death. Therefore, that anger is awakened to an extent, since it is powered by the energy of the consciousness that is unfortunately trapped within the shell (ego, defect, desire). Therefore, egos have awareness and identity, but only sees according to the limits of their subjective conditioning.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"

From my own experience I have found it to be true, known that something is wrong to do but disgracefully have ignored it and continued to indulge in the wrong action, feeling or thought.

Although I know that lust, the orgasm is wrong, the temptation proves to be too strong for my weak will, if I manage to overcome the temptation and try to focus on a spiritual practice such as Pranayama or ask for help in prayer then laziness steps in, which is like a strong urge to abandon the practice and to keep feeding the lustful desire. If I do manage to practice then it's usually with a lot of resistance, so much that I feel as if I am wasting my time doing the practice altogether.

I guess the simplest way to say it is that I am addicted to sensations, they distract me away from my spiritual practice, however I would like to strengthen my will and wage war against these infidels, these delinquents within my own mind. The problem is that my will is weak, my meditation is weak, my chastity is weak, I'm not consistent. When things go bad I pray, when things go good I ignore prayer, I forget about Divinity, total contradiction, it's actually quite absurd.

Getting back to the topic of the cyclops, can we state that the three traitors of mind, heart and will, constitute three "fat clairvoyant ego's"? It reminds me of the three witches in Shakespeare's Macbeth who were able to see things before they took place so those symbols although they weren't the traditional cyclops, they did have the ability to perceive clairvoyantly.

Is it possible that such ego's utilize the knowledge of Gnosis that we learn here? Obviously not to work on themselves or help us, but to appear before us as mentors in the internal worlds in order to maybe sway us?

The ego always tries to use our best experiences, intentions, motivations, etc., in order to sway us. This is why "For every step we take in the acquisition of occult powers, we must take a thousand steps in sanctity."
