Hello,

Before anyone says anything, i want to assure to you that I read the three books of revolution of dialectic and psychology more than one time and all the course of knowledge of oneself, although till that moment I don't know what is comprehension, and is that only possible in meditation?

I read that sitting still in meditation concentrating that you are aware of the defect and sitting still waiting for revelation maybe a vision a thought a feeling an illumination will come, if that is that, i understand if not please make it easier to me to apply the technique of what is so called comprehension.

Please don't feel overwhelmed from my question, you can answer me with your experience and knowledge, I want to know what if I depended on mantras like kleem krishnaya.... or gate gate parae gate.... or om masi padme.... or om tare tuttare ture....or aham brahma asmi? with full attention to it mentally in the free time and the loss time in work? won't that be a great easy means to cleanse my evil mind till one day i become pure and awaken my consciousness? with being chaste of course, or depending on Runes with being chaste in word, thought and deed?

make it easy at least to my own level, meditation is a mysterious concept to me plus it needs a lot of time, so either please clarify the comprehension in meditation to me to apply it (without referring to books because I swear I read them and still a donkey lol) or let me know if depending on runes, mantras, prayers with being totally chaste is another gateway to the awakening of consciousness.

Comprehension means to perceive (to seize, grasp or hold firmly the mind with the consciousness), from com- "completely"+ prehendere "to catch hold of, seize."

First: sit-down, concentrate and bring back into your mind, the egotistical scenes that your camera [your consciousness] seized through Self-Observation during your daily active life. Then, choose, pick out or select only one scene to comprehend, as being the best or most appropriate - among the many egotistical scenes that your camera or consciousness observed during your daily active life .
Example:

Second: apprehend, understand or perceive why that particular ego of yours, taught, felt and acted in that manner - during that scene.
Example:

Once, you comprehended why your ego taught, felt and acted in that manner, you then – as a child does it when talking to his mother - pray to your Divine Mother for the annihilation of that ego of yours :
Example

Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah,
the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book,
and to loose the seven seals thereof. - Revelation 5: 5

Thanks a looooooot Lion of Judah for that simple clear answer but one last thing, Is investigating with the criminal [ego] means to ask the ego why you did that? or to ask myself why I did that? and scream and shout like officers to confess because no criminal confesses at least from the first time if he will confess.

I want my private lawyer "almoustafa" because he is a muslim and i have a muslim background :D

Where, when, how comprehension is in Islam? :)

The only thing is there that "Aa'uz bellah men Al-Shytan Al Rajeem" which means "I ask God protection from Satan" and that is like kleem krishnaya mantra and in Quran "And I swear by the reproaching soul [to the certainty of resurrection]." Surat Al-Qiyāmah 2. or in the same Sura "Rather, man, against himself, will be a witness, Even if he presents his excuses." 14, 15.

That is not "understanding" of the self, or realizing that we are demons because we have egos that is like known fact in Islam and all we have to do is to resist that satan or the evil thought and decide the right good decision in "words and actions" at the end, the only forbidden energy consciousness field concerned (intention) of "bad thoughts" after "disbelieving" is "envy" as you know.

In Gnosis, we learn the best thing, we can be really "holy" or "angels" or "prohphets" not selected person for God's wisdom withought efforts from the masters or the avatars in their past lives and we can kill the demon inside and get rid of their bad suggestions and urges of evil and that is achieved by comprehension then prayer to Shakti.

Hello dear Instructors, teachers, hard working good students, I want to encourage you and tell you I love you If i am not at your level at least I made you smile and at least little released, which means good karma, effect :). you didn't waste your time, that was a motivation to the Gym of the hard life.

Note to the instructors: consider me a little kid and saw an adult doing something for adults, the kid doesnt understand why it is good (because his mind is not big or I am not awakened a lot) but he imitate and try to spread joy in the moments of rest of their parents like :)

Best Regards
