Just a question.........I went through Kundalini twice.........the first round was random, happened by itself, did not know what it was. It was shortly after my daughters birth. Did some research, figured it out, I put it down to hormonal changes. And yes, I went totally psychotic.....the energy was astounding. About a year later, I handled it, it stopped. It happened again in the mid 2000's........only that time I handled it, I had discipline, and I knew what to expect. I am 53 now.......my 1st Chakra, literally, there is no movement, it is "Cold", the whole area......I am having vascular issues, and gotta go to a vascular surgeon. I am thinking it was due to all that energy, but I am mystified by NO ENERGY now?????? Any thoughts????? I literally feel like I am burnt. Thank you!
