I've heard a few times via the lectures about how the instructor avoids flouride. Does anyone here know how to remove it from water? I don't want to reinvent the wheel here thanks.

There is a lecture in our Healthy Spirituality course that discusses some options for removing Fluoride, as well as other impurities, from water:

Check out the audio and slides for lecture number 6.

Just as a note, that lecture was given several years ago, so some of the products may have changed since then. It's always good to do your own research before making a purchase so you can choose an item to suit your individual needs.

Thank you, I just purchased a berkey filtration system however the lecture materials don't suggest a brand for carbon filters. any recommendations?

I believe the standard Berkey filter comes with black carbon filters that are designed to fit in their filtration system (i.e. if you have a Berkey, you basically have to purchase the Berkey brand filters, though your first filter will usually come with a set of the black carbon filters already included).

However, the filter components that remove fluoride typically have to be purchased separately. The fluoride filters are used in addition to (not in place of) the black carbon filters.
