Hello. I have been meditating a lot for the past 3 months. My whole life I have been overanalytical about my mind and my intellect is filled with values from the heart center an superior intellectual mind center. I have wanted to hold on to these gems and was thinking the tree of life has another tree in the branches. The branches are almost like another tree. I realized the kabbalists have many paths that hold light from one path through the rest of the tree in esoteric kabbalah. I was hoping to see if you know a path that connects the paths of Briah to tiphereth and Binah somewhere around there. If I had a path to guide me when i focus it would help me move through the clutter and I would have a branch to hold onto when moving my thoughts in meditation. I need a method of meditation to process the subconscious and direct my thoughts when they organize and I get clarity in reflection. Possibly the kabbalah has a path that holds a key to all of this level of conscious activity I have been in. Can you give me some input? Also a mantra for the innermost would really boost the power behind the work I am trying. Some deep insight would really be appreciated. I am trying to come through the pineal/Father/crown centers from the lower forces between Tiphereth and Briah/Atziluth so the forces from those centers could have a common loophole like a law above them that the right path in my higher bodies chakras could release with the right use of energy and help me reach a new level of understanding. There is something connecting Malkuth in Briah to Tiphereth in Assiah through somewhere lower in Binah or Kether/ or possibly Geburah or Gedulah in the Astral body and there is a procedure for this part of ascension in Kabbalah I would like some insight to reveal. Thanks, I had to rewrite this and lost A lot of clarity when I wasn't logged in.

Regarding the paths of the Tree and the path of self-realization, study this!

Regarding meditation practices, study this!

How about the mantra of the Innermost and of Christ: Om Masi Padme Hum!

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
