Dear instructors - recently I am finding more and more creative energy.
I do things I have never done before - have started to paint, sing in a choir, make own beauty products (and share them with friends and family), write short stories, etc. People like all of these based on their responses and feedback. They especially encourage me to write more, and I do enjoy writing.
The only thing I cannot yet understand is when I write I totally lose myself - it can take hours but I don't feel it. I am afraid I might be losing the present moment? What would you recommend on how to combine both? Some part of you always seem to go to an imaginary place from where you get images, stories, words. How can you create yet totally being present?
