Hi all,
I've been reading about the current sound methods which some meditators call the sang Nam I think also other names for it like inner sound. Samael called it the anahat sound that sounds like sssssssssss or a cricket churping. Kina like white noise. I've also experimented with it and had some interesting results. Seems like I get to the vibrational state quickly. I've also read some articles and blogs from meditators that it can be dangerous if you don't focus on the right sounds and also if you don't focus sound from your right ear. I think a guy named shiv brat lal said it can be dangerous if you do it wrong. Also some people say if you're not balanced you instensify your reality whether it be negative or positive. I want to continue with this practice because it seems like a get pretty decent results. I'm just kinda worried that I'll promote something negative from it. Does anyone have any knowledge on this subject or experience. Should I just do a mantra like hamsa mantra? Any advice would help. Thanks!
