What is the significance of these hand and arm gestures that we see Buddhist practitioners exercising? We know that the Master Samael showed for us a Gnostic example, the same one that we see Jesus performing in various paintings and illustrations (as the above example), if I'm not mistaken, this practice seems to be incorporated into the Freemason tradition as well.
Are there any real benefits which would warrant their use in daily practice?

Mudras provide a type of energetic circuit for the soul and possess different qualities of a psychic nature. While useful, they have become antiquated in relation with the type of energetic currents present in our cosmos from the Aquarian Dionysian wave.
