I have an ego or belief system held in me I can feel where in my body and how in the body it plays out in chronic holding tension..
though i'm not sure if i understand it's core yet..

What meditation or technique would be recommended for this?

is it simply meditating and contemplating the issue with prayer..

i understand too that at times, some patterns have to 'fall' together, and it has to be the right time..

thank you for your thoughts..

Being aware of it is the beginning. Next, in your self-observation and watchfulness, see if you can observe what triggers the tension. What starts it? Retrospection meditation at the end of each day is likely to play a key role in helping you discover the causes.
