I originally come from a different gnostic group that fell a part a few years ago because of inner conflicts within the organization.

However, this group taught death in the moment - that the practitioner, during self-observation, can ask the Divine Mother for death of the ego when observing it within. However I don't think Samael ever taught this practice. I believe it came from Rabalo. I am wondering what your recommendation is.

Q: Is it useful to apply death in the moment or can death of the ego only occur in meditation (through deep comprehension of the ego in all the levels of the mind in meditation, like Samael Aun Weor wrote)? By this question, I don't mean that death in the moment should exclude meditation on the ego.

Thank you for great lectures btw,. I find them extremely profound, useful, helpful and insightful.
The death march is an invention of a hasnamuss who is marching towards his death!

That's what I thought. Makes since in a way because I never found it useful.

Strong word to be calling someone though. I guess you have a word for Belzebuub then too.

Samael Aun Weor explained that all of us are hasnamussen. You can learn more about that here: http://gnosticteachings.org/glossary/h/2399-hasnamuss.html

Thank you for your replies. I am grateful this website exists, when trying to live and practice gnosis on my own.
