hello everyone...
I was reading book of kundalini yoga by Sir Samael Aun Weor
For activating the chakras we have to concentrate and recite mantras..
While surfing through internet.. i found that one should try to visualize a pyramid and spin it , emitting the corresponding color...
I wanted to confirm from the instructors that ... is this the correct way??? or there is some other ways???
thank you....:) :) :)

There are countless exercises circulating on the internet, none of them reliable, none of them grounded in the scriptures, and none of them that can produce lasting, penetrating results.

The tendency to dabble in unverified, questionable sources is a serious problem for neophytes. Also, to mix practices from this tradition with other things dilutes or inhibits the intended results of the original practice. Instead of dabbling with questionable sources on the internet, it is better to investigate things seriously, to study and compare, and to follow your intuition and an informed eye through developing intellectual spiritual culture.

You might find the following resources helpful:

The Chakras (lecture)
The Chakras (pdf)

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
