i've read a lot on whether two people can talk in astral plane like we do normally and then remember it... So far I've realised that it is possible... But have there been groups that actually did this? Please just tell me if you have actually heard from a reliable source of this happening... This gives a greater meaning to looking forward to astral experiences

Yes, it is possible. However, to do so with objective consciousness requires a great deal of internal development.

There are several possible explanations for those who discuss having shared experiences with others in the internal worlds.

1. Most common: people fantasize having shared experiences. This is subjective consciousness, a projection of the mind. In other words, they lie to themselves and to others. They may know that they are lying, or, more likely, really believe the projections of their mind are real. The vast majority of so-called spiritual experiences written in books and on the internet are this category: they are fantasies, outright lies. Millions of people participate in this category.

2. Quite common: people are awakened negatively. They are awake in the inferior realms. Such people are witches, sorcerers, drug addicts, alcoholics, or use other inferior methods to awaken consciousness. Their experiences are also subjective, since they are filtered by the submerged consciousness. These people love to talk about their experiences and entice others to learn their black techniques.

3. Rare: occasional experiences of those who are attempting to awaken consciousness. Being naive, beginners often talk about their spiritual experiences, not realizing how much trouble they are creating for themselves, nor how much they will later regret it.

4. More rare: random experiences of those who are asleep, but who because of various factors briefly experience awakened consciousness.

5. Very rare: genuine experiences of positively awakened initiates. Why do we call this very rare? Because genuinely awakened initiates know very well they should never discuss such experiences with others, unless specifically instructed internally to do so. And such instructions are practically never given. Thus it is rare for the rest of us to hear about them. Positively awakened initiates have hours upon hours of such experiences, but do not speak of it.

You can read some accounts of genuine, objective, shared internal experiences in these books:

Many students ignore what Samael Aun Weor wrote in 1950:

As a rule, those who have recently entered Gnosis are full of impatience; they want immediate phenomenal manifestations, instantaneous Astral projections, illumination, wisdom, etc.

The reality is another thing. Nothing is given to us for free. Everything has its price. Nothing is attained through curiosity, instantaneously, rapidly. Everything has its process and its development. Kundalini develops, evolves and progresses very slowly within the aura of the Maha-Chohan. Kundalini has the power of awakening the Consciousness. Nevertheless, the process of awakening is slow, gradual, natural, without spectacular, sensational, emotional, and barbaric events. When the Consciousness becomes completely awakened, it is not something sensational, or spectacular. It is simply a reality, as natural as a tree that grows slowly, unfolds and develops without sudden leaps or sensational events. Nature is Nature. The Gnostic student in the beginning says, “I am dreaming.” Later he exclaims, “I am in the Astral Body, outside the physical body.” Later still, he obtains Samadhi, ecstasy, and enters the Fields of Paradise. In the beginning, the manifestations are sporadic, discontinuous, followed by long periods of unconsciousness. Much later, the igneous wings give us continuous uninterrupted awakened Consciousness.

To learn how to go out consciously in the Astral Body, it is necessary to have patience as great as that of Saint Job. Let us remember that the degree of Apprentice is seven years long and that only after seven years do the first flashes of illumination begin.

We give this caution so that the student knows what to expect. It is best for the curious, the profane and the profaners of the Temple to withdraw. This science is not for the curious.

The splendors and powers of the Innermost (the Spirit) begin to reflect in his Astral Body and in his mind according to how the devotee practices Sexual Magic with his priestess wife, according to how his conduct becomes more and more upright, according to his continuing sanctification. Then comes illumination. This is the path; however, such illumination is attained only after the degree of Apprentice (we are speaking in the terminology of Occult Masonry).

Every true candidate prepared for illumination will be able to be recognized and verified with the square and the compass.
The devotee is prepared for illumination when the Spirit and the human personality act in an orderly manner and in full harmony.
