Hello again!
Could someone recommend pranayama that would be alternative to breathing pranayama exercises? I have crooked nasal septum and doing breathing exercises is very difficult to the point when I can't breath with one or another nostril. Maybe there is any technique by breathing through mouth or some moves?
P.S. My wife is pregnant so I would need pranayama for single ones.
Thank you!

We pronounce the mantra "S" by exhaling.

All you need to is imagine the energy rising to the brain. Concentrate on the vibration, your Divine Mother, and the sublimation of forces produced through this sacred sound.

Work with mantras, such as the vowel "S." It is pronounced as a whistle or the hissing of a snake, with the tongue pressed close to the roof of you mouth: "Ssssssssssssss!"

Imagine your spinal column and the caduceus of mercury, and that the serpentine forces rise up your Sushumna canal as well as the two ganglionic cords, Ida and Pingala, to the chalice of the brain.

I know exactly how to pronounce S (in my native language we pronounce it in the same way as in Spain language or Latin, if I'm correct), so it won't be a problem. :D
Do I pronounce it by inhaling or exhaling? Or both?
And do I need to raise energy as in "standard" pranayama to my brain and then hold my breath and navigate the energy to my heart?
Thank you!

Greetings!
I would like to thank you again for this marvelous technique! :) It suits me well as energy flows easily without any obstacles which were caused because of my physical characteristics.
Happy upcoming New Year for all of you!
Best wishes! :)

Hello Glorian instructors,

I am in a similar situation in that I have difficulty inhaling through one of my nostrils due to a badly seviated septum. I am wondering whether you would recommend getting deviated septum correction surgery if one has the financial means.
