I have been wondering how to manage and stop Infiltrations? I'm not sure exactly at what level they come in as I can't see these for example during my everyday activities and interactions with others every time they infiltrate me, but I do know perhaps later that I have been infiltrated.
My own infiltrators Egos I see, but I'm still struggling with this,
at times I seem to succeed and at others they get in, Is there a specific way to make this task a little more productive? I transmute everyday and use some of the Mantras, Sage and protection everyday and night!

The chief entry way is our senses. Thus, it is necessary to have a sentry who observes what the senses are doing at all times:
eyes
ears
nose
taste
touch
thought and emotion
Then, every night, review what they sentry saw. Often, one does not realize in the moment of observation what was observed, But later, when reviewing, new information becomes available. Thus, meditation is necessary.

Thank you this is very helpful! How do I put a Sentry to be the look out for these Infiltrations, can I use my Elemental Advocate or Divine Mother to help show me my faults, and or why I resonate with these infiltrations, or is this normal that the clearer we become the more attacks we will have to bear? Are certain individuals more prone to infiltrations and why?
