I read somewhere a statement that said we cannot go beyond our Galaxy, the milky way in the astral plane... Is this true?? Also, when I try to go to someplace by affirming it to myself in the astral plane, it doesn't seem to work... It only worked once when I had my first experience years ago.. What can I do to teleport safely and control where I go..

I heard of but have no personal experience about such astral boundaries for beginning disciples. I have not had the interest to try to pursue investigations beyond our galaxy, since there is so little I understand even about my own planet!
