Can you explain to me the difference between prayer, invocation, and where they intersect?

To pray is to talk with God. To invoke God is to summon His force and presence inside of us, a form of prayer or communication with divinity. When Christ descends down from the superior worlds in order to intersect within our heart, that is a high form of prayer, an invocation and intermingling of terrestrial with sublime forces. We perform this precisely through transmutation, the Eucharist, sexual magic, conjurations, etc.

thank you for putting that so clearly....

can you point me to any resource for a full clear explanation of how to do an invocation in this tradition?
including the casting and closing of a circle if needed, or releasing of the invoked?

by conjurations do you mean the same as evocation?

How would one invoke kether or beyond?

these were the question that come to mind, thank you for your help, and i'll meditate more on what you said

..

Thank you I will..

Does that also then include invocation/prayer for awakening/rememberance?

which seems to me would also be a form of defense.. or a knowing which may transcend the need of defense...
