If one can appreciate and enjoy health, well being, beauty, flowers and art than I reckon a relaxing massage is not incompatible with the Gnostic tradition?

(a little side note I'd like to add - also I done read a topic posted on this here forum called “is pleasure bad?” and I am still a bit quite confounded. Now from what I can gather here from your teachings one can enjoy health...but not desire it....is that correct? Am I correct in saying that? One can enjoy peace but not desire it? You can enjoy beauty but not desire it? Is that right? Do tell, I am rather dumbfounded thank you. )
It depends who is massaging you: your marital partner whom you love, or a complete stranger who fornicates?

Massages should be performed between couples, not strangers, since this act mixes vital magnetism that may be detrimental to a chaste disciple when encountering numerous "Reiki" practitioners or missuses who know nothing of spiritual purity.

What is worse is that such persons know how to work with energy, but in a diabolic way. This is extremely common.

Desire is ego. Consciousness is peace, happiness, fulfillment, enjoyment, contentment, and love. To know the difference between desire and consciousness, one must self-observe, transmute, and meditate.
