Hi, Within your understanding, if one already has a fully active kundalini, moving through and effecting change in the body and beyond, would you say exercises such as the ones in samael's kundalini yoga book would be useful? or are there specific ones to help keep the channels clear for the kundalin to do what it's already doing, which has very little to do with my little will..

also, regarding the 'rites of rejuvenation', other than the few exercies and allotted time mentioned, is there a recommended amount for each exercise?
for hte first rite he mentions 12 minimum, for the 5th he mentions 5 minutes at first up to 3 hours eventually, but no other amounts are mentioned...
is it just to one's own feel then?

thank you so much for your offering
The Kundalini awakens in octaves, based on the merits of the heart and sexual transmutation. So, the Kundalini has to be awakened not only in the physical body, but also the vital, astral, mental, causal, buddhic, and atmic. There is an enormous amount of material about this, which you can start with here: http://gnosticteachings.org/faqs/spirituality/3100-what-is-kundalini.html

The Rites are a form of prayer, and are not "timed." Do each part as long as you want.

Thank you!

I will reserve most questions until more study is done..

From my perspective, the 'further' one goes one may seem even more lost than initially, the capacity for recognition of lost one is increases, and it may look like one has been abandoned here as the kundalini goes into deeper territory?(causal, atmic, buddhic)

would you agree with this potential?

Where one would feel as if one was left stranded after initiations visions and understandings.

I understand that kundalini and awakenings in general don't necessarily move a linear order from within our vision, and that part of the answer lays in karma as well..

thank you for your help..

“And when the sixth hour was come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying: “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”
