How can one become enlightened or liberated from all forms of suffering with the world in the horrible state that it is in? I am really having a hard time with this. The food we are served is toxic garbage, the water is pumped full of toxic chemicals like flouride that make people oblivious and passive to much of the workings of satan on earth, and the unjust wars and control adgendas are worse then they have ever been...

I can only ignore this for some time and then I cannot help but try to show people this madness, resulting in people thinking that you are as mad as a box of frogs.

I truly do care about the future of our children and the mess that they are going to have to clean up, but it seems like most folks are too consumed in their own quest for self satisfaction and fulfilling their personal desires than the wreck of a future that their selfishness is creating.

When I try to explain to someone what they are doing when they hand over their cash to evil corporations that poison their foods for profit rather than corporations that actually care about us, and they judge me like I am the one who needs to get a life and get my head checked, this causes me to suffer.

Should I just stop caring and worry only about myself?, watching everyone else make their bed's and not say a word from now on? When we have love for others and see their suffering, and know what is the cause yet can do nothing to fix it because they are in such a deep state of sleep what do we do?

I cannot stand this world we live in, everything is completely backwards. I try to look at the bright side in life but the darkness is everywhere I turn and most everyone is completely ignorant to it.

This makes me believe that there really is no liberation from suffering within this life, and that we will only make it worse and worse by becoming more and more aware and conscious of it.

I know that I only have one option and that is to stay strong, staying on the straight and narrow path, and that the only one I should worry about pleasing is God... But I honestly have a much harder time finding joy in life now that I am begining to awaken, especially compared to all the fake joys that I had before while I was asleep.

Also, When I upset someone by telling them what they are doing is wrong and they get upset and defensive, does this displease god? I do not wish to cause any suffering but I am just trying to awaken others to the suffering that they are or will cause to themselves and others in the future

What kind of shape will the world be in if we all ignore these issues we now face?.

Thanks for listening

In synthesis, the answer to your question is: liberation within you. How you get there depends on your will and the will of your Innermost.
Nirvana can be attained through millions of births and deaths, but it can also be attained by means of a shorter path: this is the path of “initiation.”

The Initiate can reach Nirvana in one single life if he so wants.
-Samael Aun Weor, The Zodiacal Course
Remember that your internal states attracts your life. If you contain misery, fanaticism, despair, negativity, and destruction, you will attract such corresponding events from the exterior world. If you are having negative conversations with people, you must first question your own internal, psychological motives, to see if, perhaps, you are transgressing by provoking others with your beliefs, no matter how justified.

I do not know the manner in which you've spoken to other people, but perhaps the following quote might orient you. It's certainly helped me to be more productive and constructive with my fellow men:
We violate the law of the tranquil heart when we criticize others.
-Samael Aun Weor, The Aquarian Message
Interesting when this quote comes from a book or exegesis of the Book of Revelation, which many people interpret as "doom" and "gloom." The truth is that there is tremendous hope. The light shines brightest where the darkness shrouds most.

We must always learn to respect the will of others, even if this means not speaking about the matters you've mentioned. It is a crime to be silent when one must speak, and a crime to speak when one must be silent. There are many ways we can contribute to society in a meaningful and positive way, but always this necessitates a tremendous internal revolution, whereby we learn to associate appropriate psychological states with their concordant external events.
The best weapon that a human being can use in life is a correct psychological state.

One can disarm beasts and unmask traitors by means of appropriate internal states.

Wrong internal states convert us into defenseless victims of human perversity.
-Samael Aun Weor, Treatise of Revolutionary Psychology
Therefore, if you are getting negative reactions from people, perhaps you must re-evaluate your psychological states and behavior. There are many ways we can help humanity, but in order to do so, we must be the impetus for change, eliminating negative and erroneous psychological states from our interior.

Also, if you allow your mind to express its negativity, you will continue to be a victim of circumstances. However, with appropriate psychological states: legitimate happiness through the cognizance of the Being, altruism, solar conscious faith, and inspiration, you can in turn show others the path of peace and liberation. But in order to do so, you must be a good example.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
