Hi

When doing the Ham-Sah pranayama should we breathe in filling our lungs with air or breath in filling our abdomen with air?

Thank you in advance.

There is a new lecture about this.

But in general, you want to breath in a relaxed way, without any tension at all, and focusing attention internally, not physically. The goal is to work with prana, not physical air.
