I wonder, is Karma as simple as this? For example...

As an instructor, you are now sharing Gnosis with people.

Does this mean that in the future, other people would share Gnosis with you?

You give a lecture, you respond to questions, you give books, you talk with people, check up on them, things of this nature.

Does that mean you would receive help later on with these studies? Or, since the effects are always bigger than the cause, the results of Karma created by teaching/sharing would be more complicated?

People think, "What goes around, comes around." So, we could teach others, and thus, later, we would be taught ?

Karma is far more complex. Have you read this?

“Nothing is easier than self-deceit. For what each man wishes, that he also believes.” —Demosthenes

"Do not worry; cultivate the habit of being happy." —Samael Aun Weor
