Hello,

Is it not advisable or any danger in practicing alchemy during the daylight hours ?

If I am not mistaken, I recall listening to a lecture mentioning that just as a baby is created in the darkness of the womb for 9 months, in the same way the soul is created when the alchemical practice is performed at night.. But that if for whatever reason it cannot be practiced during the night, that it can be performed during the day but that you can only use the energy to disintegrate an ego instead of creating the solar bodies/raising the Kundalini, etc..

Would appreciate any clarification.

Thank you

It is written:

"At midnight I rise to give thanks to Thee, For the judgments of Thy righteousness." - Psalm 119: 62

Why did David say "midnight" (khatzoth lailah) instead of 'at midnight' (bekhatzoth lailah) I will rise, etc?

It was because that by this word (midnight) he denotes and distinguishes the Holy One Himself."

Then spake the two sons and said: "Did David really call upon and address Him thus?"

"Truly he did," replied their father, for at the exact hour of midnight the Holy One [descends from the world of Briah and] enters [downwardly through the pineal gland throughout the spinal chord into Yesod] the Garden of Eden to enjoy [the fire of the Shechinah that rises through the sexual] intercourse of the [female and male] souls of the righteous [the alchemists]." - Zohar/quote]

And when Abram [Chesed] heard that his brother [Lot] was taken captive [by lustful egos], he armed his trained servants, born in his own house, three hundred and eighteen, and pursued them unto Dan [Geburah].

And he [Chesed, Abram] divided himself against them, he and his servants, by night, and smote them, and pursued them unto Hobah, which is on the left hand of Damascus.

And he brought back all the goods [conscious values], and also brought again his brother Lot, and his goods, and the women also, and the people.

And the king of Sodom went out to meet him after his return from the slaughter of Chedorlaomer, and of the Malachim that were with him, at the valley of Shaveh, which is the Meleck's valley.

And [מלכי־צדק מלך שלם] Meleck-zedek the Meleck of Salem [Melchizedek] brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of [El-Elion לאל עליון] the most high God. And he [Melchizedek] blessed him [Chesed], and said, Blessed be Abram of [El-Elion לאל עליון] the most high God [Kether], possessor of heavens [Atziluth, Briah, Yetzirah] and earth [Assiah]:

And blessed be [El-Elion לאל עליון] the most high God [Kether], which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. And he gave him tithes of all. - Genesis 14: 14-18

However, if for whatever reason the spouses cannot practice during the night, then, the practice can be performed during the day in order to disintegrate any comprehended ego.

Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah,
the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book,
and to loose the seven seals thereof. - Revelation 5: 5
