Lately, I have been having very lucid dreams. I become an independent character in them. I Have tried what Master Samael Aun Weor thoughts us to do when this happens. to jump to see if we are in the physical or in the astral. Indeed, I floated, was aware of it and began looking at my surrounding while trying as best as I could to stay in the present moment. I spoke and interacted with people (I was in a sort of lounge). and I began to pay attention to the peoples I was talking to. My goal was to call a Master, Angel anyone from the white lodge to assist me, help me so I could go to a temple of wisdom. But I did not learn the conjurations for help by heart therefore, I south assistance from the gentleman besides me. I then noticed his appearance and I became weary. I remember reading that there are certain physical characteristics that demons share. Lots of hear, or boldness, bulging eyes (like a bull sort of) ect... I became scarred, leading to identifying to it and of corse everything was lost from there. I woke up. So my question is How do we recognize Friends from Foe?
When we are beginners its already hard to concentrate stay in the present moment. At least to me it demands a lot of energy. I could not even Imagine of trying the Fons Alpha or Conjuration of the Seven yet because it it demands tremendous faith, concentration and energy. So then what can I do?
