There are 72 names (angels) of God. Each name with different meanings and sephira designation on the tree of life. From my research, each angel rule a certain ray, degrees (5º per angel = 360º) and days of the year. Further research, I have come accross books and sources where you can determine whoch of the 72 angels are your guardian angel (i am assuming guardian of your physical and vital body), emotional (assuming thay means guardian of the astral body), and the intelligence (assuming it's guardian of your mental body).

Each angel have their own seal. Each angel is a master of gnosis, and based on readings from gnostic teachings, each master might have their temple in the astral plane where they instruct disciples on the path.

Based on my understanding, these guardian angels ARE NOT the inner being, whose name is in secret, revealed to you only when you're on the righteous path, and ready to receive it.

QUESTIONS
(1)Where does the gnostic church stand on this type of concept of the 72 angels designation as guardian angels to the 3 lower bodies (i count the physical and vital body as one integrated body)?

(2) Can one conjure the names of his/her angel for help, say travel to their angels temple in the astral body or mental body to learn at the foot of a master related (or ruling) to their date of birth?

(3) How are the 72 angels carrying the name of God differ from other high ranking angels? Because I notice Raphael (archangel of the East), Metraton (rules in Kether), Sandalphon (rules in Malkut) and many other high ranking angels are not included. Any comments on that would also be useful

(4) I've learned from the gnostic church all these masters are part of our being. Does it even matter to have or identify with a guardian angel if they are all within to begin with?

Thanks in advance!

Meditate on this

Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah,
the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book,
and to loose the seven seals thereof. - Revelation 5: 5
