Greetings!

I have very hard time with my emotional centre . It is like atrophied and operational only 1-3 % of the time. Would you recommend something other than meditation/prayer, listening to classical music & Magic of the Roses?
I know that I should also help those with emotional pain, and it's the most effective and the hardest thing to do...
It feels so horrible to have flashes of emotional balance and then falling into emotional blackout again, so I'm trying to concentrate on this issue...

However, in severe cases of emotional illness, one has to work consistently with the practices for them to have effect. If you only apply these remedies sporadically, and only in a short period of time, you will get weaker results. This, in conjunction with the magic of the roses, have truly proven therapeutic whenever I've suffered strong emotional crises.
