Picuture this: This morning I was about to go to work and I opened the sliding door closet to get something. As I was turning to walk away, my skirt flung and knocked over the large flower vase I had on my night table. I had some beautiful pink flowers in one of my favorite vases. The glass shattered everywhere and m flowers were on the floor.... My son jumped out of bed and came flying in the room to make sure I was ok.. now the reason i wanted to share this scenario is because I recognized my growth... If this would have happened to me last year, I probably would have reacted in a different way, by vocalizing a few choice words....get my drift? But instead I just looked down and said "oh no".... it happened so fast that I didn't really know what happend... or how I could have knocked it down.... my son immediately got the broom and swept up the glass.... and so.........

I thought about this on my way to work and was not at all upset. My vase and the flowers(which were fakes) ha ha.. can be replaced.. it's as simple as that!
