Before I discovered Gnosis and this website; I fooled around with the Tai Chi that is often taught and some new age things. Of course; nothing happened aside from some energy flow from the ground up. I don't believe anything happened to effect me at all;but, I'm not sure. You know how Tai Chi exercises are often done in the morning with many in Asia. I fooled with that. Did I put my soul in danger doing that? Do I have anything to be concerned about?
Tai Chi is dual. It can be used for good as well as for evil, since both white and black magicians utilize chi (energy, Christ), but for their own respective purposes.
If you were awakened in evil, you would know it. Then there would be a big problem. However, if you dabbled in something for a little bit and did not get profound results, you do not need to be paranoid.
Therefore, do not worry about things that seem vague or incipient to your own experience.
Those who awaken in evil know it very well, and as I said, then there's a problem, because often upon entering that road to hell and damnation, such souls do not know the difference between good and evil, and therefore condemn themselves. If you feel remorse and longing, it is because Allah (may He be praised and exalted) is pushing you to know Him.
