After a decade involved with Christianity I came to know that my expectation points backwards while theirs forward. I realized I've been dreaming of the paradise of the past, Eden, while they say that one is gone.
They see marriage as something carnal, that will be over one day, and everyone will be like angels. So they don't have big ambitions in their relationships. But I am extremely "greed" about it, and I really dream of perfection.
Is it true that the devil already f*cked the dream and we become like him if try to restore it? To me it's contradictory, but it looks like what Christians think.
