Many spiritual legends tell us to meditate on emptiness, for example, Santideva, Padamsambhava.
How should we approach this?
Meditating on the ego is so important every day, bringing emptiness into account must bring more into meditation when masters give us these instructions.
Do we have lectures on this site about emptiness or do you know of any authoritative texts about the subject of meditating on emptiness or helping us to understand what it is?
What comes to my mind is simply the Prajna Paramita Sutra, for example.
Thank you again.

The proper investigation of the emptiness is precisely in the analysis of oneself: we suffer because we believe the I and its experiences are real, but the truth is that they are empty of independent existence.
