From Al-Miraj, the Night Journey of Prophet Muhammad

Then Al-Bait-ul-Ma'mur (i.e. the Sacred House) was shown to me (Prophet Muhammad) and a container full of wine (intoxication and desire) and another full of milk (occult wisdom) and a third full of honey (virtues and sweetness of the soul) were brought to me. I took the milk (some traditions also state that he took milk with honey). Gabriel remarked, 'This is the Islamic religion which you and your followers are following.'

Intuition is pure perception, direct knowledge without intellectual deliberation. God knows because He is omniscient, and does not think.

Do not mistake the lightning from the cloud. The cloud is the mind. Lightning is intuition, insight, virtue, and understanding, which shocks the sky and illuminates the darkness of the storm, even if but for an instant.
