Dear Teachers,
I was diagnosed to have a very low Hemoglobin (Hb) level in my blood (4 out of the normal 11). The effect of this condition is, I always feel physically tired, and breathing sometimes were difficult. I am an early 40's female, have been doing Pranayama practice for around 3 years, not a vegetarian, consume meat/dairies regularly, do reflective and retrospective meditation regularly, though never have any spiritual experience, yet. I understand my body condition today is the result of my own actions/thoughts/feelings in the past (karmic ripening), not necessarily reflect my current physical habit directly. But still, it is my responsibility to make my body back to healthy, as healthy physical body is one of the conditions needed for the Spiritual Work. So, my question, is there additional way/practice that I can do, apart from my current above habits/practices, to heal my Hb level? Kindly enlighten.
