Hello folks

What is the best course/book that summarises the process, stages and techniques of the elimination of the aggregates.

I'm a bit lost with all the books and courses out there.

Or can someone maybe summarise it here in few words.

Discovery: self-observation of the ego in question.

Judgment: sitting in meditation to comprehend that defect through retrospective meditation.

Execution: prayer to the Divine Mother to eliminate the defect.
