I could not find any information on this. I therefore humbly ask any instructor to comment upon this subject.

I have been practising pranayama for a number of years now and has realized that in my character has crystallized a type of nervous, negative energy that makes me unable to function properly in everyday situations. This is extremely serious.

It seems obvious to me, that since the Poisonioonoskirian vibrations are due to not transmuting the sexual energy correctly, the antidote to them should be to work more intensely with pranayama and doing other activities that rarefy the creative energies.

Do you have any advice on how to approach this? I am most grateful for any insights into this subject.

Thank You.

We apologize for the late response! We have a retreat going on now and a lot of responsibilities. We are far from perfect.

Many students experience a similar type of phenomena you've described when entering into transmutation. Pranayama, mantralization, and work with the sexual energy always produce heightened sensitivity of a psychic nature. However, this does not mean that one is developing poisonioonoskirian vibrations, because the latter occurs when a person is celibate and DOES NOT transmute.

Poisonioonoskirian vibrations produce a lot of religious fanaticism and sexual perversity relating to Lilith (homosexuality, lesbianism, etc.). What you're describing does not sound like the effect of celibacy, but of a heightened psychic sensitivity from transmutation countered by an exhausted nervous system.

I work with many students in these studies who have schizophrenia, bi-polar, manic depression, delusional disorders, etc. Many of these students experienced such illnesses AFTER engaging in sexual transmutation. The answer for this type of phenomena is a sudden change in the nervous system as affected by sexual energy and a lot of Karma.

However, by this statement do not think that transmutation is dangerous. Instead, sublimation of the sexual energy produces sensitivity in the mind, heart, and body that needs to be tempered and controlled through meditation and esoteric discipline. It takes time for our nervous systems to be healed after years of abuse, especially since most people are terrible fornicators and the cerebral-spinal nervous system, alongside the parasympathetic (sexual) and grand sympathetic (emotional) nervous systems are shot from the abuse of sex. Most people are experiencing what you've related as the after-effect of fornication. They're only beginning to notice the damages as they are working in transmutation so as to be healed.

What I suggest is that you balance your transmutation practice with very creative and healthy activities such as: hiking, walking, biking, listening to classical music by the great masters, reading and writing poetry, painting, taking a hot bath with Epsom salts that have been blessed with the corresponding exorcism (as given in The Major Mysteries by Samael Aun Weor), meditating and praying the Our Father for an hour a day, extensive Runes practice (at least for an hour or more a day), sacred rites for rejuvenation, japa (mantra recitation or mantric songs), singing or choir classes, playing a game of chess, etc. These esoteric and simple exoteric activities will help distract you from yourself so that you can balance your three brains, especially the emotional center, which you've indicated is giving you trouble. I'm not suggesting you do all of these things, but to experiment and work with whatever helps you most.

Also, consider changing your diet, including no coffee or high doses of caffeine (green tea is fine), lots of vegetables and grains, beans, legumes, and little meat (including chicken and a lot less beef if you eat it). Fish in moderation is acceptable. This can help your body detox and clean itself out, so as to give your nerves a break and help restore some balance.

Hope this helps!

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Dear instructor,

Please forgive my impatience, I know well that your responsibilities are many. Allow me to thank you for this sharing of Gnosis.

What you explain feels right, I have no doubt stressed my nerve system. It feels completely right to become more active with creative pursuits. I am an oil painter, this is an activity I have not engaged in lately for various reasons, but I am just now furnishing a studio.

Thank you again dear Benedictus. Blessed be the work of all relievers of suffering!

Hi Benedictus so is this a given? Would this happen to everyone? I am already naturally quite nervous and anxious so what would that mean?

It means your mind and nervous system is agitated and could use a break. Drink some passionflower tea. Good for calming the mind, heart, and body down in preparation for meditation! :)
