1. Is the dream journal a tool only for recording conscious astral projections that include esoteric experiences?
Should we keep a dream journal of every dream we can remember, or is it only for conscious astral experiences?

I'm wondering, as many dreams are "just dreams" as people would say, and I don't know what benefit "useless dreams" have in a journal, or if we should record every dream.

2. Also, what about people trying to astral project who live on high floored buldings, or during the winter when it is cold, should they still, upon feeling they're just about to fall alseep, get up and go outside(going down many floors) and try to jump and float? Or can these people try something indoors like simply looking back to see if their body is still in bed?

Some people too live in places where a lot of others sleep or they sleep close to others and getting up and going outside can disturb others.

1. Record every dream you have, whether it is objective (cognizant) or subjective (hallucinatory and of the mind) since every dream indicates with precision the given state of our five cylinders (intellect, emotions, movement, instinct, and sex).

Study Dream Yoga, the collected writings of Samael Aun Weor on this subject. He explained that we must study all our dreams, since as Plato taught, "A man is known by his dreams."

2. Try pulling your finger to make it stretch. Or try placing your hand through a glass window (gently, of course!). If you're in the astral and if you're concentrated, your fingers will go through the window, since matter is protoplasmic in the astral plane.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
