I've been following the lectures for a while, but since there seems to be a bit of going back basics I though I would ask of my general Questions.
1. Could you describe who Samael Aun Weor was and what role he is in this school?
2. For Kabbalah, I have trouble understanding in its purpose in spiritual terms. Are we to Meditate on the tree of life or other concepts of the teaching?
3. I understand the concept of saving ones energy for spiritual purposes, but I don't quite know how one is supposed to use that energy. Is it just something that's a prerequisites to spiritual growth?

If we want to be born again, to create a second body, in order to penetrate into the Sephirotic region of Hod (the kingdom of heaven), then it is obvious that we should not torpidly waste our energies by letting ourselves be pulled in by negative emotions, such as violence, hatred, jealousy, pride, etc.
If the energies are wasted by inferior emotions, then with what energy are we going to create a psychological body? How is this going to be achieved if we are wasting the energies?
In order to create a psychological body (to be born again) it is necessary to save our energies.
