Hello I was gonna ask if you guys can tell me what are the basics Astral Projection Technics, I bought a book from you guys, written by Samael Aun Weaor but I missed placed it, Can you please give me some basics for my Astral Projection attempts.
There's a very wide variety of astral projection techniques given in the Gnostic tradition. We have a whole course section on astral projection and dream yoga, with many of the lessons offering various techniques for astral projecting and awakening in dreams. Have a look through it, and try some practices that you like. (See reference below)
