Many years ago I met an Indian Guru, no names, and he was promoting weekend Shaktipat Intensives where he would awaken your Kundalini, and it would start the process upward. I can remember having many experiences. Additionally I could feel him coming to the meditation hall. I describe it as a tidal wave of love. The feeling I experienced was very thick, so tangible.
He did say the one should at least abstain from sex for the weekend and a week if I remember correctly.

After hearing many lectures I am left puzzled, and wondering what was he doing? What was he sharing.
1. The speakers have said that nobody can awaken your Kundalini. That up to a point one can do it solo, but for a full awakening one must have a partner.
2. So I have been wasting my time for 33 years? Hmmm interesting number:)

In the past few years I met someone who is a regular householder but is promoting Vibrational Transformation. Again I can feel a great deal of energy, but what exactly am I feeling? I thought it was the Divine, that I AM Presence.
Most of the time I can feel energy, it comes in waves of strength, but I pretty much feel it everyday. Can you explain?

Can you please elaborate on all this?

All things are made of matter, energy, and consciousness. Manipulating energy and matter is useless if one does not awaken consciousness. There are many people who do exactly that, often just to impress others, acquire followers, etc. That is a waste of time. More over, the presence of energy is easy to call kundalini, yet that is just a word, and energy is just energy. So what? Sensing energy is nothing. How does that change your level of being? Feeling energy is easy. So is accumulating it. So is stealing it. So what? There is nothing impressive about energy by itself. Nor is there anything special about "powers" or siddhis. I have seen yogis do many feats, but so what? I've seen "gurus" inspire (or hypnotize) masses of people, but so what? They are not awakening anyone's consciousness. Each one has to do that themselves.

The kundalini is the energy of your divine mother. No one can force her to do anything. She only gives her gifts to those who deserve it.

What is impressive? A pure heart, a clean mind.
