Thanks in advance and forgive my limited vocabulary, I don't mean to be vulgar. Since an early age I've dwelled in metaphysics where I learned to hold my sperm mechanically by applying pressure with my hand during orgasm. Recently I've embarked on a higher quest of surrendering desire and I ran into this website and white tantra, it made perfect sense to me. I've been abstaining from orgasm and ejaculation through breathing and concentration and have been able to raise more energy to higher spheres than with the previous method. The problem im having is that by avoiding the orgasm I remain throughout the day with very high tension in my groins and going to the toilet any minor strain causes release of sperm drops. Just a few drops released is enough to make the furnace collapse, as if I had not had slept for days and end up crashing for up to 6 hrs in bed. My intuition tells me I should stay on this path but continue to purify my bodies through exercise and meditation until greater control can be achieved. However this has been defeating my struggle and any advice, insight or input will be highly appreciated. Thanks again, Jon.

Building up sexual energy and mechanical breathing is not enough. Retention is not the sole predicator of sublimation. Conscious redirection of energy is the key.

Mantras and prayers are outward practiced of an internal comprehension and will.

If you struggle with too much fire, reduce it and learn to sublimate what’s present before stimulating more. Otherwise you will exercise too much tension, which is the problem with those who have trained their bodies to build up heat but not transmute it.

This is like putting on a boiler but not giving it a way to vent. Ventilation, alchemically, occurs when the consciousness redirects the sexual force with the breath.

Gentle heat, and much attention, states Hermes Trismegistus!

When transmutation is present, there is no pain. That build up of tension and strain is due to lust. Comprehend your lust and control your fire with close attention and gentleness.

I should have been more specific please forgive. I have a wife, we've been together for 8 years and this happens after periods of lovemaking. However, I'm in my 30's and I masturbated on and off from teenage years up until mid 20's, having orgasms but always retaining semen with pressure on the perineal even after intercourse. I'm thinking that made an energy knot in that area and might contribute to the current situation.
I continued that practice after intercourse with my current wife until life changing events lead me to serve a deeper purpose. My research took me to sexual ankhing and just in the last couple of months into white tantra. Now I avoid orgasm, not just ejaculation through abdominal breathing and focus to move the buildup. We get charged, relax, breathe, focus, repeat. I feel great afterwards with an expanded sense of consciousness, very high body temperature and an added edge to my character. The issue is while in that state if I defecate or urinate unless I relax fully, any minor strain causes my perineal area to constrict and the slightest constriction brings forth semen. That's when I deflate and feel extremely tired and sleepy. Since I'm new on this path I'm assuming giving in to the orgasm as I had done before was the release of all that tension which now is pushing the semen out. Hope I've clarified, is there anything I can do to relax that area and retain the semen? Should I diminish the intensity of the fire until I can consciously control the tension? Is there a technique to help dissipate the buildup in the perinneal? Thanks again in advance,
Jon

First of all, there should be no straining or exertion upon the sexual organs. Vices like masturbation, which involve the hands touching one's sexual organs, is strictly prohibited within pure occult science. The hands do not belong on the sexual organs, whether for men or women, and that type of self-stimulation, which leads to tension and stress on our generative organs, is very degenerated, since those "movements" are identification with sensation and the fortification of desire through the wrong use of the sexual energy.

Masturbation also produces such symptoms of stress, incapacity to urinate correctly, and many of the effects you are mentioning. However, it is hard to make out what you are doing. Are you married and practicing sexual magic with your spouse, or are you transmuting on your own through Pranayama? Or, and I have to be direct, are you masturbating? This is the only way to really determine the cause of your symptoms.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
