For the last couple of days I have been doing the Ham-Sah practice extensively whenever the sacred fires boiled in me, and I have felt the energies heal my body and mind, but I realized as I continued the practice that I spilled semen. Should I have stopped before this happened? Is it still fornication if I was only using the energies to heal my body and eliminate my ego but failed to stop a tiny emission? I am just starting with sexual transmutation and am curious about this. Please help.

Yes, it is still fornication. Ham Sah should not provoke you to have an emission. It should not sexually arouse you in any way. If it is arousing, you should stop immediately and simply meditate on your lust if you can do so without indulging in it. If this is not possible, then go for a walk or listen to some classical music or read some gnostic books or other scripture. Then, later, go back to the event and try meditating on it again.

I think what went wrong is that I did it for too long, whereas I should have stopped instead of continually summoning the energies. Thank you SO much!
