In transmutation you can retain the essence you generate. When you raise kundalini you create the astral body or other bodies. In the lectures I noticed the instructor using psychology to crystalize some of the stronger elements he was using when he basically creates a Stone of Yesod, esoterically. What is the process to crystalize these elements? Is it similar to the three factors of revolution? Can you explain this to me or provide a lecture/class that details the precise method to do this?
