Greetings,

LINK
"So, physically, we Gnostics we do not worry about the hymen, even though a woman can have a lot of spiritual powers if she keeps the hymen—this related to a Tantric type of wisdom that we are not going to talk about right now."
Indeed, as Paulina stated here :LINK
There are few materials regarding the woman's perspective.
Can you please provide me with some more material regarding the above mentioned quote? How important is the hymen? What is its reason of existence? What is that Tantric wisdom mentioned in the quote? What is meant by spiritual powers, siddhis?
I find myself unable to explain to my spouse the importance of hymen. Why shouldn't it be broken now since bearing a child will brake it in the future..
Hymen was the son of Bacchus-Dionysus in Greek/Roman mythology, and fulfilled the role of benedictions and celebrations in marriage. It was said that if he was not present at the wedding, then the marriage and feasting would end with disaster.

The hymen within women protects the uterus and is a channel for tremendous feminine spiritual forces. If women can keep their hymen by working in sexual alchemy and abstaining from childbirth, then such individuals will be able to transmit more siddhis, spiritual powers relating to the ethereal and psychic body. If the hymen is broken, there is no need to dismay, for as the instructor you quoted mentioned, women who have a broken hymen can still work in alchemy just fine. There is just an extra help if women take care of their bodies and do not engage in vulgar, animalistic sex, thereby preventing the breaking of the hymen.

Greetings,

Is it better for women to abstaining from childbirth?

Could we state the same when an alchemical, white tantric conception happen ? From my very limited understanding, it seems those mothers have even more spiritual powers after their children born.

Could the spiritual powers of a broken hymen transform into a different (and not higher or lower) purpose? ( in the case of white tantric conception)

When a woman conceives by the purity and grace of the Holy Spirit, it is due to the merits, abilities, and discipline of the married couple who are working in alchemy. Therefore, by right, such a woman, accurately described as the Venus-Urania type (a woman who practices scientific chastity), would naturally possess certain abilities in the first place.

This does not signify that such a person would inherit powers from a child of immaculate conception (sex without orgasm). Instead, it more-often signifies that a Venus-Urania type of woman is working diligently with the three factors for the revolution of the consciousness and is acquiring powers as a result of that work, regardless of possessing an unbroken hymen or not. What's more important is the work of the person, since we know that even a Mary Magdaelene, a repented prostitute, can acquire tremendous sanctity and siddhis through the alchemical work. Remember that she was the most favored among the disciples within the Gnostic Bible: The Pistis Sophia, and developed tremendous powers for the good of humanity, irregardless of her previous sexual behavior, since "from the great sinners, the ones of great repentance are born."
