Hello

I have a problem which confused me always a lot in the past and it is about remembering God, when I was a muslim I always wondered how can I concentrate on anything in this life and I suppose only and always to think of God? when I was studying my lessons in school and college I was having that conflict and confusion how could I focus on the organic compounds not the creator of the chemical elements? How can I concern and think deeply in work of the macro-phage virus and forget about God and his blessings and his commandments and teachings? How can I listen to people while I must listen to God through reading his book? How can I talk to somebody while I should talk only to God through prayers?

Then by reading on the mystic view about pantheism as God exists in every thing means God forms or effects are in the life itself to contemplate in, where God manifestations are represented by the beauty of any thing and the ugliness of any thing is is just the illusion or the devil deception like a mask or dust over the painting.

This battle in the brain I found it in the non-duality school in Hinduism and in Taoism and Buddhism where there is no difference between the Atman and Brahman (know thyself and you should know God).

Also Al-hallaj talked about this concept when he said "Are you or me this in two gods? ..... Heaven forbids me from proving two".

In Buddhism we have to be aware in every action we do, while we eat we only think of eating this food at that moment when we read we don't have to think of the memories or daydream in fantasies, when we walk we observe our bodies telling ourselves we are walking now....we are walking now, to transform it to a conscious action and that is how we attain self realization. As much as possible we have to focus on what we are doing, on our effort to be in harmony and the results to be like perfect.

That sounds to me the right thing, we can say that beauty (which is relative and should not of course lead to bad results) is God and ugliness is absence of God or false masks on the higher truth.

But when we come to meditation all that related within the one-point concentration where here comes the thing that all esoterists seek hard, it is nothingness, no thought, no breath, no action no non-action no thing no space no time where master Samael said "God searches the nothingness to fill it" and I think that is what is called Samadhi or enlightenment or the goal of the whole path, where when one reaches it he couldn't express his perception nor his feeling neither his sensation, it is beyond rest and tranquility.

What should I think till I reach the liberation? I read that after every breath we should remember the force holding our blessing of life, we should praise God in our heart to not do the wrong actions, that will lead to occupying the divine before and during and after the actions which will be portions of mere abstract action and mere self remembrance not all God or not all actions, something in the middle (Tao) between the materialistic and the spiritualistic issue.

I hope you sense my problem in your perception of years of suffering.

All eternal love to you and regards <3

Begin by being here and now, maintaining awareness of the present moment, with all of its qualities, and how you as a consciousness relate to it. This, in itself, creates a pressure inside, and when sustained, energizes the consciousness, causing it to strengthen.

Naturally, this only works when the person is in chastity.

Subsequently, with patience and continual attentiveness to the present moment, the consciousness expands and becomes more penetrating. That is, it not only can perceive more spatially, but when directed. Spontaneously, without effort, one becomes more aware, in many ways, and this is naturally accompanied by an expanded awareness of what we call God, the Divine, Allah.

So, you asked what to think? Do not think. Be. In everything you do, expand your awareness. Keep your attention focused and expanding, continually, reaching towards the fact of being, the fact of perceiving, the fact of feeling.

"...the process of awakening is slow, gradual, natural, without spectacular, sensational, emotional, and barbaric events. When the consciousness becomes completely awakened, it is not something sensational, or spectacular. It is simply a reality, as natural as a tree that grows slowly, unfolds and develops without sudden leaps or sensational events. Nature is Nature. The Gnostic student in the beginning says, “I am dreaming.” Later he exclaims, “I am in the Astral Body, outside the Physical Body.” Later still, he obtains Samadhi, ecstasy, and enters the Fields of Paradise. In the beginning, the manifestations are sporadic, discontinuous, followed by long periods of unconsciousness. Much later, the Igneous Wings give us continuous uninterrupted awakened consciousness."

Thanks Mathew, I think what made the confusion is the hypothesis and supposing the non real things in mathematics, like in the sums they say suppose A = B and B = C, then A = C, but in reality If A is B then I wouldn't name or identify A or B they would be both A or both B they may have something in common like apples = fruits and bananas = fruits so apples = bananas ! no they are just both are fruits, so A, B = C not A + B because in that case i would have said better A = 1/2 C, that is in my opinion solves the issue of trinity of God and the soul and the universe.

If we imagined as it is triangle or a pyramid, the first angle at the base is the soul and the second angle is the holy spirit and the head is God, then they are three connected but not the same one, if we wanted to reach the head we have to raise from one of the two sides, as A, B leads to C (the head) not A + B in the sense of adding and subtracting.

If we have a big piece of cloth and we divided it into three parts one as a pants, the other as a shirt and the last one as short, the three shapes or forms are the same cloth but every one has its own form or function, or like the same body with two hands one to hold a thing and other to greet someone but both are connected with the same intelligence (the brain, the God).

I think either the way of science esp (physics and mathematics) thinking is wrong or imperfect till now or the law is the law but we have to understand well (they say that quantum physics deleted the laws of relativity and relativity deleted the laws of Newton or quantum for microscopic bodies and Newton's for macroscopic, but I say what constitutes the macroscopic? aren't the the microscopic from atoms and its particles?, maybe if we knew the smallest undivided particle we will know everything and it is according to Leonard Orr the energy or the thought !).

Sorry I am now confused and want to clear that paradox, I didn't reach the stage where i can close my eyes and the revelation comes after 30 seconds :)

My beloved Instructor said something related I think to my struggling concerning remembering God all the times, in work, in school, in college, in talking with people about something in material world, in eating too.

But, the Being, the Innermost is not always inside the body, as a bird in a cage. It can go in and out, inside and outside at his own will. Most of the time, the Innermost is outside, in the Milky-way, doing what he has to do; and the Bodhisattva? Well, he is also doing what he has to do....................................................................... to the end of the paragraph
