This is an issue that's been on my mind concerning spilling the semen, but more importantly what happens afterwards. There have been instances when, as a novice student, I failed to see the crucial urgency of not ever spilling, thus I would foolishly indulge in such; what's worse is that I thought I knew better, so I regard the karma I gained to be multiplied. I would wonder, though, about meditation and transmutation AFTER doing such a thing; namely, is there a certain period of time, so to say, that a devotee must wait before beginning to transmute and/or meditate (be it in alchemy or by means of pranayama, as we must consider the possibility of spilling during an attempt at alchemy)? My hypothesis being that since the semen has been spilled, it would most likely take some time for the body to regenerate such a potent form of energy, especially if a student had tried to be chaste for some time before such an occurrence. I also have in mind that in the Bible, in the book of Leviticus (I'm sure this is a popular book for the gnostics) it mentions that a man shall be filthy after such a discharge until evening. I have a vague idea of the symbolism behind it, but, me being asleep, don't fully understand what it could mean in its totality, and if it's even relevant to my issue. Thank you.

If you suffer a nocturnal pollution or a sexual fall, it is good to transmute, individually, with what energy you do have, so as to cleanse the mind and heal any damages caused from the recent act of fornication. If you are married, alchemy can only be practiced 24 hours after the fact, once the body as regenerated itself and in observance of the creative magnetic pause.

This was a concern raised in Al-Qur'an by the Prophet Muhammad (Peace and blessings be upon him):
O ye who believe (be-lieve, who know how TO BE through the power of "love")! when ye prepare for prayer (meditation), wash your faces (your countenance from preoccupation and worry), and your hands [and arms] to the elbows (your actions with the waters of scientific chastity); Rub your heads (cleanse your minds) [with water] (in transmutation); and [wash] your feet to the ankles (with the waters of renunciation, rejecting animal passion). If ye are in a state of ceremonial impurity (through fornication, the animal orgasm), bathe your whole body (practice alchemy in its appropriate time). But if ye are ill (from psychic defects), or on a journey (in the process of your spiritual wayfaring), or one of you cometh from offices of nature, or ye have been in contact with women, and ye find no water (for you have ejaculated it through sexual contact with her), then take for yourselves clean sand or earth (use what sexual energy you do have available), and rub therewith your faces and hands (cleanse yourself through intense Pranayama), Allah doth not wish to place you in a difficulty (since you are fallen through fornication), but to make you clean, and to complete his favour to you, that ye may be grateful. –Al-Qur’an 5:6

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

Wow, thank you very much! Though the response was more brief and simple than I would have thought, it was clear and more than sufficient for what was on my mind. Thank you very much, and peace be with you! ☮

Regarding the Rune Yr, misappropriated as the Hippie Peace Symbol, see the references below:
Audience: I guess you should mention that the Rune Yr was used negatively as a peace sign in the sixties.

Question: Well, we will say that Hitler also used the Swastika in the wrong way. There are many groups in this era that utilize different signs, Runic signs. Sometimes they do it because, as they say, "It's cool," but they do not know the meaning of them. I have always wondered why the hippie movement adopted the Rune Yr for their sign. I do not know. Maybe it is because they are sexually "liberated," because they are performing sex without any scruples, right? Obviously, they were performing the Rune Yr, as we perform it, but as fools—not like Peter. They are not transmuting; they are not lifting the head up. Still in this day and age, there is sexual freedom (hedonism) among them. Thus, they applaud any type of sexual degeneration. They even go onto TV shows and declare themselves to be this or that type of degenerated being. That is how this society is. They utilize the Rune Yr in the wrong way. But we the Gnostics perform the Rune Yr as Peter's cross. The Rune Yr of Peter hides the mystery of the Stone. We have to transmute the sexual energy, otherwise, we will fall like the fool, Falparsi. Remember that. When the phallus becomes the fool, then we go into Klipoth. That is precisely the direction we must go in order to rise—Peter says, "Go down, in order to go up." But, people go down, and continue going down, into the inner layers of the Earth, into Klipoth.
The Rune Yr, represented in one's hand, has two fingers up, indicating the microcosmic star that has entered into materiality, the superior apex aiming downward. The true symbol for peace, with three fingers up (representing the upright Pentagram) is:

http://shanehipps.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/christ-king1.jpg
Audience: Is there a proper position to perform the Conjurations of the Four and Seven?

Instructor: When you are reciting any conjuration, place your left hand over your solar plexus, because there in your solar plexus is a fountain of energy. When you are transmuting your sexual force you accumulate solar force there in your solar plexus—this is why it is called solar—you are charging it with solar force. So when you do the conjuration, you put your left hand there, because the left takes, receives. Thereafter you recite the conjuration by showing the pentagram that we have in our right hand or as we say: “By the pentagram which I hold in my right hand.” What is that pentagram which I hold in my right hand? Well, that pentagram relates to my five fingers. I have five fingers on my right hand. Unless it might be that somebody has six, well that would be unusual, because normally we have five.

Listen, when you bend the little finger and the annular finger, these symbolize the two legs of the pentagram, and the three other fingers are the arms and the head above. That is the sign of the pentagram in the positive way. Two bent fingers and three raised fingers. This is how you perform the Conjuration of the Four and the Conjuration of the Seven, that is the way, because you are showing the power of the pentagram, which I hold in my right hand. Otherwise, if you bend down the thumb, together with the little finger and the annular finger, and you just leave the index and the middle straight, well that symbol which everybody thinks is a hippie symbol of peace—everybody says, “Peace, peace” with the hand in that manner, yet, that is not a symbol of peace—no, that is the upside down pentagram: the head and the arms below, the two legs above. That is the contrary. So that is not a positive sign or symbol. So you have to put three above and two below. Did you understand? This is how you do it.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

Amazing... I had no idea, venerable Benedictus, please excuse my ignorance; and infinite thanks, for I may now correct another one of my mistakes thanks to you. Blessings to you, brother!
