Greetings,

Can you guide me to some more information on how to perform the Karezza? Is it enough just to be gentle and slow as to not provoke pain and break it?

Thank you.

Do not stimulate so much fire that you cannot control it, inevitably leading to the orgasm. The sexual organs must make contact gently. Movement is only necessary in order to stimulate some erotic fire. The sexual act should not be constant rubbing and penetration, for this is vulgar, animalistic sex. You must learn to withdraw once both partners have fully transmuted their energies; you must learn to gauge your own body and to intuitively know when to finish with the practice.

Study these books!

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
