In the section of Occult Medicine and Practical Magic entitled "Curative Words", the Master gives the following mantras:

Ae Gae Guf Pan Clara

Aum Tat Sat Pan Tan Paz...

Although the Master does explain how to use these mantras, I am a little confused. Specifically, I am wondering about the following things:

How long do they need to be used for to be effective for the person in need? 10 minutes? 30 minutes? An hour?

Do these mantras literally heal the person of disease like ordinary medicine, or do they instead give the patient strength so that he or she can recover naturally?

Does the energy used by these mantras come from the person using them, or from the person's Being? What I'm getting at is, if you plan on helping a sick person, do you need to be careful not to exert yourself too much during the day or practice pranayama beforehand so that all that energy is there to be used up, or does it not matter how much energy you personally have available because it is the might of the Being only that is involved?

Thank you!

Here is how you perform the practice. Imagine the person who is sick. Now while imagining the person start to breath in deeply. As you breath in imagine that black smoke, poison, disease (anything icky) is coming out of the person where they are sick (say pain in the arm). As you are doing this pray that your divine mother takes from the sick person the pain that they are experiencing and the disease.

Imagine inside of yourself that your heart is burning with an intense blue flame and pray to your divine mother to burn away this sickness in the fire of your heart as you inhale there sickness (with your imagination). Once the sickness is burnt in the fire exhale and imagine blue enery leaving your heart returning back to the sick organ of the person and say the mantras PAN CLARA AYE GAE GUF. Mentally, aloud, or both.

Think of it as a pranayama. You inhale there sickness with prayer, burn it in the heart, send it back with your love, to the person as you exhale with the mantras.

You can also use the mantra ANTIA DA UNA SASTAZA to invoke the medical angels Paracelsus, Raphael, etc to heal the sick person. You may also use the exorcism of salt which is inside of The Gnostic Prayer book.
