Firstly, thank you for offering us this chance to ask questions in this forum. It is very kind of you and we hope that we do not misuse it.
Context: We are studying the Kabbalah using Dion Fortunes The Mystical Qabbalah (as recommended by Samael Aun Weor) and Tarot & Kabbalah by Samael Aun Weor (2010 ed). At this stage we aim towards building up a map overview of the Kabbalah with its different groupings since ''a Sephirah is best interpreted by its affiliations''.
Case: We have trouble understanding how to map The Four Worlds on the Kabbalah. It seems like the graphic in Samaels book is in conflict with Fortunes words regarding their mapping on the Kabbalah. We are also unclear in regards to if these worlds work in every Sephiroth or are just isolated to their related grouping.
Question 1: [a.] Are each of The Four Worlds to be viewed like different dimensions, present in every Sephiroth upon the Tree at all times (like different levels of reality, manifested in every form of manifestation i.e. Sepihroth) or [b.] are they to be viewed as different dimensions corresponding to different levels of manifestation (like their is only the world of Atziluth in the Supernal Triangle)? [c.] Or is it possibly so that the Worlds manifest from different groups of Sephiroth and are thus present in every Sephiorth subordinate to the manifesting grouping of Sephiroth?
Question 2: Which of the Sephiroth corresponds to the different Worlds? As stated before, the Illustration regarding this contained in Samaels book seems to be in conflict with the instructions regarding the Four Worlds contained in Fortunes book (see below). So, I guess the question can also be posed as: Which author (/editor: if Samael did not do the illustration) is correct?

Thank you very much. Hope I have made myself understandable and that this will help others than just myself.

[---] The four levels into which Qabalists divide manifestation. [...] The highest of these is Atziluth, the Archetypal World, consisting of Kether.- [Fortune, Page 60, Lines 19-18]
The second, Briah, called the Creative World, consists of Chokmah and Binah, the Supernal Abba and Ama, Father and Mother.
The third level is that of Yetzirah, the Formative World, consisting of the six central Sephiroth, viz. Chesed, Geburah, Tiphareth, Netzach, Hod, and Yesod.
The fourth World is Assiah, the Material World, represented by Malkuth.
