Hello

Can some foods or drinks act as an adversity to conscious activity?

Some times when we eat something like some good vegetables some chicken, rice etc we feel a real boost to our enthuisiasm and will to practice. But other times when we eat some foods like pizza, chocolate bars, sodas or worse we can feel ourselves becoming inhibited. There can still be the will to practice but its as if the food is acting as an adversity to the consciousness, its having an inhibitory effect. I know we can gets some fuels that are not as good as others but can some fuels act as adversities to conscious activity.
