So, to stop pollutions, it is necessary to find out how they are manipulating the three brains during the day. This information is acquired through self-observation, and then meditation on what we observed.

Can foods play a role? Of course. Many foods convey strong desire-stimulating substances into the mind. One has to see in oneself what foods affect us and how. This is why in traditional settings, beginners eat restricted diets: no stimulants at all.
