Are the additions for the fundamental tendency and the inner urgency always reduced to a number below 10? Can one not have the higher 12 major arcana for these? For example, my tendency adds to 14, which is reduced to 5, and my name adds to 26 which is reduced to 8. Adding 5 to 8, I have 13 for this number, which could be reduced to 4, and adding 14 to 8 I have 22, which could be reduced to 4 as well. Are the numbers 13, 14, 22, 5, and 4 all significant, or or only a select few of these?

All of the numbers are relevant. Generally, we look to numbers from 1-22 as most significant, since they are the Major Arcana. Yet, as the book Tarot and Kabbalah demonstrates, 22 reduces to 4, and in such a case both are relevant.
