What is the significance of Apple being used in many many mythological stories being shown as a poison fruit?
What is the significance of Fig because orthodox christians do not eat fig fruit as Judas hung himself on Fig tree?
What is the significance of Passion(Lotus) fruit making Odysseus forget his home?

Should we who practice teaching of Gnosis not eat these fruits? Because then why are the same fruits repeatedly used with same symbology? They must be representing something in higher worlds.

The apple tree symbolizes the sexual force of Eden. When humanity ate of the forbidden fruit, they were cast out of Paradise. - Igneous Rose by Samael Aun Weor

As the apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my beloved among the sons. I sat down under his shadow with great delight, and his fruit was sweet to my taste. He brought me to the banqueting house, and his banner over me was love. Stay me with flagons, comfort me with apples: for I am sick of love. His left hand is under my head, and his right hand doth embrace me. – Song of Songs of Solomon 2: 3-6

The fig tree symbolizes the feminine sexual forces that we must learn how to control. The rooster and the fig tree represent the sexual forces. This is why the rooster of Christ’s Passion cannot be absent from the drama of Calvary. The fig tree solely represents the feminine sexual forces. It is impossible to reach deep realization without the alchemy of the feminine solar forces.- Igneous Rose by Samael Aun Weor

He spoke also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none. Then said he to the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why encumbers it the ground? And he answering said to him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that you shall cut it down. - Luke 13:6

In Greek Mythology the Ziziphus lotus [Passion fruit] symbolizes the same sexual force that makes Odysseus’s men to forget their home.

We found ourselves at last in the land of the Lotus-eaters. These folk are harmless enough, but the plant on which they feast is insidious. Three of my men tasted it and all they wanted was more. They lost all desire for home. I had to force them back to the ships and tie them down while we made our getaway. - Odyssey book 9

"And now also the ax is laid to the root of the trees: every tree therefore which brings not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire." - Luke 3:9

The great secrets of the universal solar fire of life are contained within these fruits. They all relate to our genitalia!

Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah,
the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book,
and to loose the seven seals thereof. - Revelation 5: 5

Thank you. The fruits relate to our genitalia. But why is "eating" them symbolized as falling to sexual lust? Does it mean we should not be eating these fruits if we are working on annihilating sexual lust? That NOT eating these fruits will be helping us in rising? I am not saying that it is a substitute for comprehending sexual lust and dying to it. What I am asking is can it be a helping hand?
